At Alder Jewellers Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your exquisite purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Alder gift box and ensure it is safely packed inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
